Below is an overview of RPN’s typical recruitment cycle to help you understand our process.

Application
Step 1Our application process is straightforward: just upload your resume, answer a few short questions, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been successfully submitted.
If you are interested in more than one position, you will need to apply separately for each one.
Applications are reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Expert in the order they’re received. While we aim to move quickly, RPN is a sought-after employer, and we often have a high volume of applications. Therefore, the review process typically takes 1-2 weeks but may take longer for high-demand positions. If your application matches our requirements, you will be contacted to schedule an initial interview with our Human Resources team. If not, you’ll be notified accordingly. This procedure applies to each position you submit an application for.

Interview
Step 2RPN’s interview process is designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of your qualifications and cultural fit.
While the specific steps may vary based on the position, here’s a general overview:
Initial Interview – A phone or video interview with a Talent Acquisition Expert to help us assess your background, skills, experience, and cultural fit. It also gives you the opportunity to learn about RPN, our work, and environment. Remember, you are interviewing us too!
Assessments – Each candidate exhibits unique behavior, so assessments help us identify the best fit for our positions. Our six-minute, scientifically validated Behavioral Assessment, integrated with our Cognitive Assessment, aims to identify the best match for the open position and evaluate a candidate’s learning and adaptability.
Extensive Interview – An in-depth conversation with a cross-functional interview team, conducted via video or in-person. This interview focuses on technical skills, relevant experience, education, career goals, and cultural fit. At this stage, your English proficiency will also be tested through written and oral examinations. You’ll meet individuals who are familiar with the position and our collaborative environment, helping both parties determine if a future working partnership is ideal.
Additional Interview – Sometimes, a candidate may be invited for a second in-person interview to delve deeper into certain aspects and provide a more detailed understanding of the position and associated responsibilities.
Decision and Offer
Step 3After the interview process, the entire interview team will evaluate all candidates and decide who will receive the job offer. Talent Acquisition will notify each individual whether they have been selected. If selected, Talent Acquisition will send you a formal written offer. All offers are contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check.
