AFTER REIMBURSEMENT NEEDS
Achieving a reimbursed price is a key milestone. Nevertheless, once that is completed further activities will be needed to foster value and access on the long run: updating pricing strategies in response to policy changes, renewing an existing contract.
During the commercial phase RPN can assist with Pricing strategies for the introduction of new indications, new dosage forms and regimens, and any post-approval change – during the product lifecycle – that can significantly impact the NHS budget.
A new P&R procedure will be initiated to change the originally agreed negotiation conditions. The P&R dossier will be tailored to the latest evidence and focused on tackling the change in question.
